management of a team of 5 people (back-end, front-end developers, QA, designers);
project management according to the Scrum (Agile) methodology;

full management of project implementation, control of execution;

Responsibilities:
Higher education in a specialised or technical field;
experience in managing a team of 5 people (back-end, front-end developers, QA, designers);
Strong skills and understanding of SDLC principles;
experience in working with and using bug tracking systems (Jira, Confluence, Trello);
understanding of the principles of CI/CD;
experience in implementing and using monitoring systems;
good knowledge of MySQL will be a plus;
PHP knowledge (experience with Symfony\Laravel);
Understanding of microservice architecture, experience in developing microservices or experience in transitioning from a monolithic infrastructure to a microservice infrastructure;
experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgeSQL), experience with clickhouse will be a plus;
experience in integrating third-party APIs;
experience in project management according to the Scrum methodology: prioritising tasks, creating and updating task cards, monitoring task statuses, monitoring team workload and resolving bottlenecks in the process;
a desire for improvement and a willingness to implement it, from the idea to the end-user experience;
at least 3 years of experience as a Team lead / Product manager / Project manager / Head of software development (Web stack) is required.
