Write about your experience, show your expertise, tell us about yourself.\u201d<em><br><\/em> It sounds simple. But in practice, this is often not the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A person opens a page, starts writing a post, and suddenly stops.<br>Thoughts arise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cNo one is interested in this.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI'll look ridiculous.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cWhat will people think?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI'm not a good enough specialist yet.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The post is not published. Then another one. And then another. After a while, people start calling it laziness or procrastination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But in most cases, it's not about laziness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is really behind this sabotage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a person is afraid to be seen on social media, it is often due to psychological protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our brains try to avoid situations that can cause emotional pain. Publicity on social media is always a risk of judgement. And evaluation for the psyche often equals danger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especially if you have had experience in the past:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ridicule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>harsh criticism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impairment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>being ashamed of your words or ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, the psyche remembers:<br>It is dangerous to manifest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And when a person tries to write a post, an internal \u201cbrake mechanism\u201d is activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can manifest itself in different ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sudden feeling of fatigue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a desire to postpone for later<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>endless text editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the idea that \u201cit's too early to write anything\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the outside, it looks like laziness.<br>But in fact, it is an attempt to protect oneself from possible shame or rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why this is especially painful when looking for a job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Looking for a job is already a situation of increased vulnerability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dependent on other people's decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>may receive refusals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>often doubts his\/her value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the need to make a public statement is added to this, the mental stress increases even more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An internal conflict emerges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">one part wants to find a job and tell about themselves<br>Another part is afraid of being judged<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then there is sabotage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because people don't want to change.<br>It's because some part of her psyche is trying to avoid pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to understand that it is protection, not laziness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several signs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. You think about it a lot but don't do it.<br>Laziness is usually not accompanied by long internal dialogues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Strong self-criticism appears.<br>\u201cI'm not good enough\u201d, \u201cI'm too young\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. There is a fear of people's reaction.<br>Even if no one directly criticises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. You write a text and can't click \u201cpublish\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It's not a lack of desire to act, but an internal barrier to publicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to do about it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step is to stop calling it laziness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a person calls their fear laziness, they start putting pressure on themselves.<br>And pressure only increases internal resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is much more useful to ask yourself another question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhat exactly am I afraid of when I think about publishing?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The answer often sounds very simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cThat I will be ridiculed\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cWhat if they say I don't know anything?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cThat I won't be taken seriously\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When fear is named, it ceases to be vague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Small steps instead of a big manifestation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people try to write \u201ccorrect\u201d expert texts right away.<br>This creates too much pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is easier for the psyche to move in small steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a short comment under someone else's post<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one paragraph about your experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>simple observation from work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is how the experience of safe expression is formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And gradually, internal protection is weakening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important insights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabotage on social media is rarely associated with an unwillingness to work on oneself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Much more often it is a way for the psyche to avoid old pain - shame, criticism, rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a person begins to see this not as laziness, but as protection, they become more patient with themselves.<br>And it is from this place that real progress usually begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When to ask for support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes the internal barrier is so strong that it is difficult to overcome it on your own. This does not mean that there is something wrong with the person.
