There are no judgements or advice, only an open dialogue that awakens awareness, clarity and the inner strength to act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Philosophy and origin of coaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea of coaching grew at the intersection of sports, psychology and developmental philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Timothy Halvey, author of The Inner Game, was the first to show that the main struggle is not outside - not with rivals or circumstances - but inside the person. When we overcome internal barriers - laziness, procrastination, insecurity, doubts, fears - through awareness and a change in the way we think, our actions begin to change naturally. In this way, we release the power of our own potential, open access to true opportunities - and this is what gives real results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>John Whitmore, author of Coaching for Performance, developed Galvey's ideas into a practical methodology. He created the GROW model, which structured the coaching process in four steps: goal, reality, options, and action. Whitmore's model combines the philosophy of mindfulness with concrete actions, showing that sustainable results are born not from advice, but from a person's own awareness and decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thomas Leonard, the founder of modern life coaching, said that a coach helps a person become what they want to be, not by changing them, but by awakening their strength.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching is a partnership in which, through awareness, a person moves from reflection to action, from doubt to choice, from automaticity to living presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How coaching works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching starts with a request. A person does not come for advice, but for clarity - to understand what is happening, what is important to them, and how to move forward.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A coach does not give ready-made answers, but creates a space for thinking. They listen carefully, reflect, and ask questions that help you see more. A coach always listens, observes and works like a mirror. For example, they may say:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coach: I noticed that when you mentioned this, you smiled. What does this mean to you?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client: I guess I really want it, even if I'm afraid to admit it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach: That's interesting. If you allowed yourself to want it, what could change?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client: I probably would have acted differently. I would have taken it easier. With a sense of what is possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach: And this feeling of \u201cit's possible\u201d - what does it open up for you now?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client: Freedom. As if a door had opened inside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is how awareness is born. A person begins to hear themselves - their true desires, beliefs, needs, meanings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coach can even share how he or she feels: \u00abI'm feeling anxious right now. It is not mine. What can it be about for you?\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is often another way for a client to listen to themselves. They can say, \u00abYou know, when you asked me that question, I caught myself thinking that I don't believe in myself very much.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It's like taking something out of a secret drawer and understanding what's stopping you, why you're not succeeding, and why you don't believe in yourself. Coaching is about self-knowledge and communication with yourself. Why is this important to me? How will I know when I've got it? What can I do to get it, or what is stopping me? Coaching is needed to figure this out. Because coaching is not about problems, but about the state and choices that a person makes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What coaching helps you think about<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching is thinking in action. It goes beyond the question \u00abwhat do I want?\u00bb and helps you see the whole picture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How do I see the situation now?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What beliefs drive me?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do I avoid doing - and why?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What does my freedom of choice look like?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What does it mean for me to act with ease and trust in myself?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching reveals awareness, inner strength and the ability to see opportunities even where there were only limitations before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Structure of a coaching session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although coaching is a lively conversation, it has a certain logic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inquiry \u2192 Research \u2192 Awareness \u2192 Decision \u2192 Action \u2192 Result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes the result is a specific action plan.<br>And sometimes it is one deep realisation that changes the way you see life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What coaching does not do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching is not therapy or consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It does not cure the past, as psychotherapy does.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It does not provide ready-made solutions and advice like consulting or mentoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And he does not \u00abcorrect\u00bb the person because he thinks that everything is fine with him.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching does not teach or treat - it reveals to a person his or her own power to influence life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When coaching is particularly useful<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you are facing an important decision in your career or business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When \u00abeverything seems fine, but something is wrong\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you want to reach a new level but don't know where to start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you feel tired or burned out, but want to act again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you want to clearly set goals and understand your path.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching works not when something is \u00abwrong\u00bb, but when a person is ready to develop further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What clients say after coaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More clarity on goals and priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sense of inner support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing decision-making skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased efficiency and confidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new level of interaction with people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For whom coaching is right - and when it is not<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching is suitable for those who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ready to think, look for answers, and act;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wants to develop consciousness, not receive instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seeks internal change, not just external results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not suitable for those who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>expects ready-made advice and quick solutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not ready to take responsibility for their own elections;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>is looking for a \u00abmagic pill\u00bb rather than a development process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Try to feel the difference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching cannot be understood in words.
