A real-life case study of a client and the solutions that helped him get out of this cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I start and quit. Why is that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A young entrepreneur came to the first coaching session. He loved coming up with business ideas, implementing them with minimal investment, and quickly received his first money. But then he lost interest, spent his money on entertainment, became apathetic, self-reproach... And so on in a circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His request was simple and very honest: \"I want to understand why I keep starting and quitting.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the internal saboteur was hiding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the sessions, we clarified several important points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There was no rest at all. The main job, additional projects, nightly reflections on new business strategies - the body lived in a constant overload mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feeling guilty about spending on yourself. Any purchases, even the most basic ones, such as clothes, food, or housing, seemed \"unnecessary\". The client saved on himself to the last, but eventually broke down: he spent everything and lost control, after which he harshly criticised and \"punished\" himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result was exhaustion of body and mind, emotional breakdowns and uncontrollable expenses, and eventual disappointment in oneself and one's business ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was a real revelation: it was not a lack of ideas or abilities, but the way he treated himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What helped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have implemented several simple but key steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a system of small rewards for achievements;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">conscious attitude to spending: money \u2260 guilt, money = a resource for development;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">regular rest as a mandatory part of the strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results were not long in coming:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have more joy and self-confidence;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">family relationships and attitudes have improved;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">we received new offers of cooperation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">cash flow has become more stable;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a sense of freedom and internal resources for implementing business ideas \"for the long haul\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A conclusion for each of us<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Often we devalue our own successes and work \"for wear and tear\", thinking that we will achieve results faster. But in reality, we exhaust ourselves and sabotage our own development. The most dangerous thing in achieving goals is to devalue your successes and yourself.
