Responsibilities:
managing a business analytics department of 4 employees;
managing, administering and creating a project portfolio;
managing and analysing projects from business idea to commissioning;
analysing and describing business requirements for software solutions within the existing information system, researching existing automation processes, assessing system capabilities and the relevance of business requirements;
communication with business representatives on the requirements for business process automation, interviewing key users;
development of functional requirements and needs for automation systems;
modelling and describing business processes, implementing changes and optimising them;
direct personal involvement in business automation projects;
testing improvements and writing user manuals, launching commercial operation.

Work schedule: Office, full-time
